Abstract

|
Histo-chemical observation was made upon the distribution of alkaline phosphatase, peroxydase, succinic dehydrogenase and polysaccharides appeared in the cementum, periodontal membrane, and alveolar
bone of the male mice which were continuously given daily subcutaneous injection of 0.5§· ACTH.
Thee results were summarized as follows:
1. Alkaline phoshatase were tended to decrease its reaction for ACTH.
2. There were no significant difference between the normal group and ACTH injected groups in the reaction of succinic dehydrogenase.
